Nationwide
US Dept of Housing and Urban Development

Bayside has been providing the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with Specialized Inspection Property Analysis (SIPA) Services, with a focus on Comprehensive Repair Surveys (CRS).  SIPA/CRS projects are located across all U.S states and territories in which HUD operates, and include a detailed inspection of a property that identify all necessary repairs, including major maintenance issues, to ensure it meets HUD's standards for decent, safe, and sanitary housing, typically used when assessing properties for potential purchase or rehabilitation under HUD programs; it provides a comprehensive list of required repairs with associated costs, allowing for a detailed repair plan to be developed.

In addition, Bayside will be providing Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to evaluate the presence or absence of petroleum products, radon, or hazardous substances in the site’s subsurface. These require trained, licensed, experienced geologists and engineers who possess expertise in Phase II ESAs per the ASTM E1903-11 Standard Guide. These are also located across the United States, in all states and territories with HUD oversight and involvement.
